I'm Levitating!
I have talked about my yogi gym before and you guys know I love experiencing different types of yoga! I wanted to share with you a quick and fun yoga flow doing a few warriors.
Lets get right into it! To start adjust the sling at knee height and the handles at shin height, come down on your knees and put your left leg through into the sling so the edge is under the knee.Take hold of the middle handles and I just like to swing the leg back and forth a couple of times to warm up. Then come to center and plant the foot, your knee to upper thigh should be comfortably supported.

Next holding the handles and draw them forward through the middle of the sling stretching out front. Tuck the back toes and lift the back knee coming into a crescent lunge. Hold for a few breathes.
The heel can float down and connect with the mat opening the foot to a 90 degree angle, bringing the right hand still holding onto the handle through the middle of the sling coming into your warrior II. Still feeling the knee is supported in the sling.

Begin to release the left handle bringing the left hand to the floor, and the right hand through the middle of the sling and take hold of the TOP handle this time. This allowing you to come into you extended side angle pose.
To come out it slowly come back up pivot the foot back so that you come back on the heel of the back foot and then bring the back knee down to the ground, and slink the upper body back through the sling and release the leg from the yogi gym.
Switch sides.
