Welcome to the cozy fall challenge, this challenge is 13 days to completely accomplish a cozy re-centering for our bodies.Ā Autumn is a great time to sink into your practice with gentle movement and become present to this season of change.

This practice will allow you to calm your mind, get into those elevated vibrations to feel strong, nourished and balanced. I am so excited to bring this practice to you. Give the gift of movement to yourself in the comfort of your own home. Grab your favorite hot beverage, light that pumpkin spice candle or fall spiced incense, find a cozy space in your house (or anywhere, we are mobile baby!) and get ready, we are starting October 17th!
