Hi, I'm Kristy
I’m a yoga teacher, writer, and the founder of DefyingLee Fit. I teach vinyasa, SUP yoga, and aerial yoga, and my own life has been deeply shaped by the healing power of yoga, meditation, and nervous system support.
For years, I lived with anxiety and the feeling that I always needed to push harder, do more, and hold everything together. Yoga changed my relationship with myself. It gave me a way to come back to my body, regulate my inner world, and build a life from a more grounded place.
I created the Soft Life Studio for other thoughtful, creative humans who are craving a different relationship with movement, one rooted in presence, self-trust, gentle strength, and nervous system care.
This space is an invitation to move in a way that supports your whole life, not just your to-do list.
